Golf Tournament

The Concerts; celebrations; parades; ballgames; school, church and civic-club events; business promotions; park events . . . . The list of activities in Montevallo changes with the seasons, underscoring the diversity of leisure-time offerings in the community.

The Chamber publicizes dozens of upcoming events each month in the "Chamber Chatter." The deadline for submissions is generally the 15th of each month prior to the publication date. The "Chatter" is distributed to local businesses, schools, libraries, and churches near the end of the month.

In addition, the Chamber will provide information about upcoming events on its website.

March 13 - Montevallo/Rotary Citizens Night Awards Banquet Anna Irvin Hall University of Montevallo – 7 p.m.

April 11 - City Wide Easter Egg Hunt at Orr Park – 10 a.m.

April 17 & 18 - Arts Fest – April 17 Reception for Artists participating in Arts Fest at Parnell Library Gallery and Parkside Terrace – 7-9 p.m. April 18 Art in the Park at Orr Park - Visual Artists, Musicians, food, vendors, art for children

April 16 - Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament at The Montevallo Golf Club – 11 a.m.

September 5 - Cars By The Creek at Orr Park 9 a.m – 2 p.m.

October 10 - Fire Prevention Parade on Main Street – 10 a.m. 35^th Annual Parade & 80th year of Fire Dept

October 30 - Downtown Trick or Treat on Main Street Montevallo - 3 p.m.

November 19 - Montevallo’s Annual Christmas Parade 6 p.m. Downtown Street Party - 3 p.m.

December 11-23 - Christmas on the Creek Drive Thru "Montevallo’s Festival of Lights Orr Park – 6-9 p.m.
